Workshop: Understand Stress in order to manage it
We combine modern Science and ages old TaiChi techniques to provide ways for your staff to gain the insight that will allow to manage Stress effectively and avoid Burnouts. We help them to replace the belief that “stress is something wrong that happens to me” with the knowledge that “stress is how my body reacts to the demands I receive“.

The Managing Stress Workshop covers the points below, and the contents can be adjusted to the particular needs of an organization:

Usually, the Managing Stress Workshop is delivered in two in person presentations followed by 6 short, weekly video call checkpoints. Arrangements are possible to deliver the workshop fully online and/or to incorporate extra topics on request.
